If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.
If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, the seller might deduct 50 % from the refund to cover the loss in the item's value.
International shipping is an option. The seller is responsible for shipping items while in Singapore. All international packages are shipped with Singpost. Asia Stamps 2020 is not liable for damages/lost packages once outside Singapore. Packages are subject to inspection in customs, and delays are common. We are not liable for delays once the items have been shipped with Singpost.
